We are a real organization with real people, we even hold weekly events that are published on the mother website, Water4Gas.com However, due to the high demand of our products, it is hard to answer pre-sale questions by phone and email. So PLEASE try to find the answer on our Frequent Questions page, and contact us only if there was no answer to be found. DVD Customer Contact
If you have already ordered a DVD Set from us and have a question about it, please select from these options: - Are you waiting for a DVD Set that has not arrived yet?
(a) As stated on the sales page and shopping cart, the DVD's are being prepared for print. We will start shipping out your DVD's on March 1st, 2009. Please be patient and give reasonable time for your shipment to arrive in the mail.
(b) If your shipment has not arrived in reasonable time, email us here - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT (see below)
(c) If the DVD's have arrived but damaged, or you want to return them for any other reason, use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form to request a return. If you have already watched the DVD's and have questions, please consider the following:
(a) First of all watch the entire set of DVD's - maybe the answer you're looking for is in the next disk. Our DVD's themselves have an entire section dedicated to solving typical technical issues and frequent technical questions; this includes maintenance and troubleshooting from our years of experience, and parts lists/resources are also provided in the proper places.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form
How do you return a DVD Set? If your DVD's have arrived but are damaged in any way, or you want to return them for any other reason, please use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form to request a return. Due to the high volume of daily processing, we cannot handle packages that do not the RMA code attached in proper time. To prevent delays, use the RMA Form provided on this website. We will give you a special RMA code THAT IS INDIVIDUAL TO YOU ONLY. Attach that code to your return shipment and mail it back to us. Remember that there is a time limit to return this product, as specified in our Terms. DO NOT SHIP DVD SETS TO WATER4GAS.COM!!! THEY DO NOT SELL DVD'S (WE DO) AND THEREFORE THEY CANNOT HANDLE RETURNS.
